This Charming Bungalow is close to downtown and walking distance to Sycamore Swimming hole at 1 mile in Bidwell Park. It is a perfect place for parents visiting their kids to stay. Close to campus but in a quiet neighborhood. We are using Disinfecting Techniques to combat the COVID 19 Virus. Not a party house! Please respect the neighbors and be quiet after 10pm. NO DOGS. Love them but not allowed.

Charming, comfortable house
This house is a real charmer, outside and inside. We've stayed in other houses in Chico, and all agreed this has the best floor plan. The house combines the aesthetic of older architecture with the comfort of new amenities. Everything was exceptionally clean. Supplies such as towels were very good. The kitchen was fun to cook in and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is an especially short drive from the grocery store and the park, and not far from downtown. Getting in and checking out was easy.

I stayed at this property during a home renovation and it was so nice, I didn’t want to leave. It had everything I needed and more. Communication from the owner was top notch. This house had everything we could have possibly needed and the location was very convenient. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Great location
This cozy two bedroom was perfect for our weekend getaway. Only a couple blocks to Bidwell park and Downtown. Very comfortable furnishings and everything you need to make your stay easy . From now on when we visit our friends in Chico we will try and stay here

Cute cozy home
The home was cute and very cozy. The neighborhood felt safe but a little run down. There was so many things provided in the house that made the stay easy! Only complaint was the back yard was over grown and lots of mosquitoes. But overall it was a great stay!
