This property is a little older, first time visited. The staff I have to say was amazing, no shortness there. Our room was a little small, dirty bathroom with minor damage. Staff still only cleans upon request due to COVID which I thought was long over. The matress in our room was stained, stray large insects. The keys had to be re-keyed at least 2 times a day if we were in and out. Ther door lock was broken. The lobby was inviting, close to the freeway

Bogus Breakfast
Pre-paid for my colleagues to have breakfast included in their stay. They didn't get any instruction on the breakfast process except to PAY AGAIN, then get reimbursed. They got those instructions upon check-out 4 days later. They didn't enjoy ANY breakfast and no refund from hotels.com or the hotel. Horrible, just horrible. There's your review.
