The staff was amazing! The room was very clean, views were amazing! Would go back again. The front desk, security, housekeeping and valet was very helpful and attentive. The restaurant staff with all locations in the hotel were amazing too!

This was an awful stay. The air conditioning was broken. Our room was 85 degrees and we were unable to sleep. The hotel refused to give us a refund.
