Staff was friendly and courteous. Room had a Modern look! Spacious, well designed. Loved the robe—but skippers were missing. Kitchen area with table and chair was a perfect touch to create a comfortable environment. Would stay again!

Very cute & cozy hotel with refreshments in the lobby 24/7. Great service and extremely friendly staff. Rooms are a bit small but worked out as we were hardly there - the bathrooms were a decent size. Clean and fairly quiet. Excellent location.

The standard rooms are TINY. They fit a full bed with a small desk. Not even a real closet. We could barely hang our thick winter jackets

Perfect, just perfect!!
We absolutely loved this hotel—the lobby & its giant, gorgeous Christmas tree, the sitting room with the fireplace; our room—large with a great view of the Empire State Building! And of course, the amazing staff! They were all so friendly & helpful. Also, wonderful location. We will definitely stay here again!
