Hotel is in a great location. You are close to everything. Very clean and the staff was very hospitable. I wished we had a mini fridge in our room but we managed. CBR restaurant is great, food is excellent. I recommend the chicken and waffles (brunch menu). Overall our stay was great. We would definitely recommend and will return!!

The woman who checked us in was exceptionally friendly and helpful. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. The entire place from our viewpoint was very well run. The location was great, with easy access to multiple subway lines and walking distance to many restaurants and tourist attractions.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend getaway, and we were pleased by the location, cleanliness, and staff. The place felt safe and secured. It's a short walk to numerous restaurants, the Riverwalk, and the navy pier (20 minute walk) We'll be back!

They were gracious enough to help us celebrate our 10-year anniversary by gifting us with trinkets and a bottle of wine. It was a nice gesture you don't see anymore! The stay itself was great and they consistently checked in on us, provided bottles of water for guests when asked, and everyone greeted us with a smile. Facilities were clean, sheets were crisp, and we had a relaxing time with the Fuji hot tub. A great stay!

The hotel is 4 blocks from the river down State St. The homeless are prevalent. I didn't feel unsafe, but just watch your surroudings. The hotel location is great. The staff were super friendly and hospitable. The onsight restaruant fabulous. Great hotel, just bummed the place looked dated. The staff did say renovations are in the planning phase - I'll stay again when completed :)
