We stayed in a whirlpool tub room. Surprisingly, they ask for a $100 cash deposit when checking in. It’s only $10 if you stay in a regular room. When you check out, they send housekeeping into your room to make sure you didn’t trash the place and then you get your deposit back. The bed is basic and not very comfortable. If you bring your favorite CD, there’s a radio/CD player on the nightstand. On the plus side, the whirlpool tub worked just fine and it was clean. The bathroom was clean as well and there’s a hair dryer. Downside, no counter space in the bathroom, sink only.

Nice front desk and cleaning people, but im upset that my hot tub in my room was beyond dirty. We ran it with bleach to help clean and it still was pushing out garbage from the jets. Comfy bed with microwave and fridge.

The jacuzzi was nice and clean. The only thing i didnt like was finding that my window was unlocked prior to me arriving. Could have been a mistake but made me a little uneasy noticing this a day after being there, someone could hav3 easily got in our room.

Room didn’t have the fridge. Even small one ! And when I asked , they told me “you must ask when you arrive here” :) and also there was some beer cans under the bed. And also there is no info about $10 temporary payment.

Romantic Get Away
It was amazing the room was very clean and absolutely adorable. Definitely a great place for couples to go for the night to relax in hot tub in room with your significant other. The beds are extremely comfortable the staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. well definitely be staying here every time we go to Chicago from now on highly recommend

Loved the jacuzzi room. Room was fairly clean. Parking lot was easy to miss but also easy to park in. Staff was friendly. Kinda weird to find a sex pillow on the bed but otherwise good experience.

What an experience!
Well, I’m not really sure where to begin and should have read the reviews before staying. Started off needing to give a deposit to get a key and a remote control. While walking to our room, a lady of the night passed us and was in the room next door. Ok. No big deal. Started to read a few of the reviews for this fine establishment, as we thought we were getting a whirlpool room and was shocked we did not. Seems others were shocked as well. We also learned this fine establishment has a reputation of being a pay by the hour, if you catch my drift! Hence the lady next door. There was also free porn on the television. Yikes! As we were turning in for the night, our entertainment really ramped up! The police were banging on the door next door, asking the folks to leave. They were advised they would break the window and send the dogs in. Jolly good show! The police finally left and we were a bit disappointed to say the least. I’d give this place a 3 out of 10 for the following reasons. 1- we didn’t die. 1- good entertainment. 1- hot water. There you go folks. Hope this review helps anyone staying here in the future!
