I spent two nights there, first night during the entire fire alarm - which was right in front of my room #125 was constantly firing for no good reason and they had no clue what was wrong, each time fore department had to come to shut it down. I had a presentation next day and I couldn’t get any sleep. I asked for my room to be switched and they said « is your water broken? » « is your bed broken ? » if not we can not just change it because of fire alarm being next to you, even if you can not sleep. The next night the room above me had a party and walls were so thin that I could here every thing. It is cheap yes, but it doesn’t worth the fuss and risk.

The bed was so uncomfortable and hard. We won’t be staying again. I also had to ask 3 times for extra pillows. I have a blood clot in my leg and need to sleep with it up. It was after 10 pm before I was able to get them.

i reasurved a suit on line using my credit card. when i arrived they did not have my reservation, and put us in a king bed room on the 3rd floor. the room had cockroaches and bedbugs. no coffee pot, no usb charging ports no trash can by the sink. and the lady at the check in counter didn't have a clue on how to do her job.
