The staff was absolutely excellent! It wasn’t far from the magnificent mile. Safe area to walk in and there was a Target store across the street. The room was really nice.

The staff was excellent, the location was very convenient, and the hotel is very nice. Only complaint is that the room was tiny, way too small for two people and several days. Just a couple feet around a queen bed.

Never heard of this hotel before. Kind of quirky and interesting vibe, reasonably priced and close to Miracle Mile facility where I was working. And super pet friendly which for me is always a plus.

They lost internet for two of the nights I was there and didn’t manage to fix it which is very strange. There was no solutions offered besides to go to Starbucks to use theirs.. it feels like a hotel past its heyday - well worn furniture, unclean rooms, lack of staff / dependable amenities.

Good location. Friendly staff. Internet was not working due to high winds. Asked for new towels to be delivered to the room but the olds ones were not collected. Shower was good but the shower curtain allowed water to spray all over the bathroom floor. The faucet on the sink was not properly installed.

Second time staying here, and it was just as nice as I remember! The front desk said there was no housekeeping unless asked for, but they came in without us knowing anyway, so we were a tad confused by that, but grateful nonetheless! Hotel is very clean, well organized, and very kind staff! It’s also in a perfect place in the city with very close parking options. Will definitely stay again!
