Overall a great stay. the front desk representative who checked us in was not very welcoming and seemed disinterested to be there. Other than that that all other staff were wonderful, especially the staff at the fitness area and pool. We had a room with two queens which was clean any roomy enough on a quiet hallway. Suites our needs fine.

We checked in and got up to our room where the AC did not work. It was almost 80 in the room when thermostat was set to 68. Mind you temp outside was 72. Fridges didn’t work, no microwave, dusty furniture. We were there for a few days and they not once came up to comp, fix or do anything to accommodate us for the lack of adequate air in the room. In top of that, they had so many events going on in the hotel that guests were forced to go through the bar because of weddings in the lobby. It should be the other way around, we paid over $1000 for our stay and it seemed super inconvenient to have stayed.

Having two bathrooms was amazing. Walking distance to Soldier Field for the concert was fantastic. We’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always been great.

The Hilton Chicago was perfectly situated for the NASCAR street race. Easily walked to and from. Safe and lots of pubs & restaurants to choose from.

I’m not impressed with our recent stay. After paying almost 400$ one night for a room I had to pay 70$ to park then at check in find out about a 25$ fee for services I wasn’t even going to use other then the WiFi. Then I find out there is a 100$ deposit that I wasn’t going to get back once they charged me for parking and the miscellaneous 25$ fee. Your elevator doors shook horribly and seemed like it needed maintenance. Despite the thermostat saying it was 68 degrees it was hot in the room. I would not recommend this hotel
