Property had an old feel. Great place to sleep but don’t expect much more than that. Parking is pricey but your vehicle is cares for. Breakfast wasn’t bad. Great location for shopping and train access. Served a purpose.

It felt somewhat old-fashioned, but breakfast was provided in the morning, and it was located in the center of the city. The subway was right in front, making transportation very convenient.

Come to the Loop to see a show with friends and found this hotel right next door to the theater. Loved the room, comfortable bed, and hot breakfast. The staff was very gracious and helpful.

Great location for a reasonable price

Hotel has a perfect location to explore Chicago by foot. The only thing I can concern is the lack of parking spot in front of the entrance to check in/out. But they do have valet parking that will take care of you

Fabulous room with a great view and great front desk staff. Very responsive. Tried to use the Valet Parking, but it took so long, we found cheaper parking around the corner. Would definitely stay again!
