The property could use some updating. It’s a shame because it’s in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in the city. Our room had an odor to it and the cleanliness was fair.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was all fantastic. In our room the beds were very hard and uncomfortably low to the ground. The toilet was crowded between the sink and wall with little room. I didn't ask for a room change so I don't know if all rooms are similar.

The room is tired and dated. Worn carpet, dirty tiles in bathroom. In great need of full renovation. Dark and sad hallways. What is great? Very nice lobby and great location. I’d spend the same $ and stay at the Sofitel.

Great Location/Quiet Comfortable Rooms
Nice little hotel in the heart of the Gold Coast neighborhood. Room was nice and quiet with lots to do close by. Would definitely stay here the next visit to Chicago.
