The beds were terrible hard and it was like sleeping on a brick. The sheets were like sandpaper. Although it is rated as high as the Holiday Inn Express it is not that good.

Meh…. A few issues. HVAC unit wouldn’t ever get warm enough & sounded like a diesel truck running. Cleanliness was average; definitely needed a detailed cleaning. Front desk clerks were all very nice. I will try another hotel next time I visit Cheyenne.

An ok hotel with tired rooms and no atmosphere whatsoever. Probably the worst breakfast i have ever had and to make matters worse paper plates and plastic knives and forks. No bar or restaurant on site and a drive to anywhere else to eat or drink. Will not be staying here again thankfully.

Nicely priced and comfortable hotel.

The hair dryer in the room was not working, when we called the front desk we were told to find a member of the cleaning staff and see if they had one. However this was 7am and they did not start until 8am. They did finally get one. Staff not overly friendly

New hotel, construction flaws. Bathroom door doesn’t fully close. Room door mechanism leaks. Electric outlet not secured to wall. Bath tub extremely slippery. We complained but told there is nothing they can do. We had to buy a non slip mat ourselves. Front desk staff not the most friendly.
