Very clean and comfortable home away from home, and breakfast in the morning, too. Perfect place to stay to enjoy the Sultana Downrigging Festival, just a short drive away. And, Chestertown is a beautiful and friendly town, too!

The beds were comfortable and clean, but the floor and bathtub were not. There is rear parking only, and you have to walk through the outdoor "smoker" lounge to get in/out.

Housekeeping needs to do their job!!!
when we arrived our room was not cleaned! It had dirty sheets and towels but the front dest gentleman Devon changed the bed and cleaned the bathroom for us and made it clean, then the next day our room was not cleaned again and all I asked was for clean towels and wash cloths

Check in Person seemed to have an issue with giving us a second key to our room. He said to come back in a little while because he didn’t have any other ones. When I went back to get the key I stood there for about 10mins and had to yell. I could hear him and others in the back laughing and talking. The morning of check out we said to the lady about only having one room key. She told us they had many boxes of them and there was no reason we should have only been able to get one key

The hotel bed was comfortable but the tv service was losing signal often. The website also shows photos of a pool as an amenity and it was the reason we decided to book this hotel for our stay however the pool is actually out of order so please keep this in mind if you have kids who are looking forward to get into a pool during their stay. The ice machine also didn’t work.
