Welcome to a dream vacation spot, where 5,000-foot peaks descend into deep, shaded gorges, crystal-clear trout streams become whitewater rivers, and cool breezes and fresh mountain air complement the breathtaking views of the Great Smoky Mountains.

Located in beautiful gated Smoky Mountain Country Club, this brand new luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, with 1,550 square feet and a full length view deck accessed from the great room and both bedrooms, provides an unparalleled vacation accommodation perfect for one couple, two couples, a family or a golfing group.

CONDO FEATURES

This condo has 10’ ceilings in all rooms, and is accessed by a flight of stairs from street level.

For maximum occupancy flexibility, the master bedroom features both a king bed and twin bed. The guest bedroom features both a queen bed and twin bed. The master bath contains a double vanity set in a granite countertop, corner whirlpool tub and fully-tiled shower. The guest bath has a granite countertop vanity and fully-tiled shower.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, which include a gas range/oven, 25 cu ft side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is fully-equipped, allowing you to cook any meals you desire to eat in. The spacious laundry room contains a washer and dryer. An instant tankless hot water heater serves this condo, so you’ll never run out of hot water during a shower or soak in the whirlpool tub.

The dining room and great room have hardwood floors. The bedrooms are carpeted. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room have ceramic tile floors.

The great room is accented by a wall of stone rising from the gas fireplace to the ceiling.

Large HD televisions are in the great room and both bedrooms. The condo is equipped with Wifi and central heat/air for your comfort and enjoyment.

The large (50’ long) view deck is fully covered. A grill is provided on the deck, along with a table and chairs for outdoor enjoyment.

No pets are allowed in this condo.

SMOKY MOUNTAIN COUNTRY CLUB AMENITIES

Guests have full access to the community’s private recreational facilities, which include a swimming pool and outdoor whirlpool spa (both open seasonally, from approx. mid-April thru mid-October), two lighted newly resurfaced pickleball/tennis courts, newly remodeled men’s and women’s locker rooms with brand new dry saunas, and a newly remodeled fitness room! There is a fee to play the on-site 18-hole Smoky Mountain Country Club golf course (pro shop: 828-497-7622).

Get away

My husband and I took a small get away for our anniversary in his birthday. The location was beautiful and The property was gorgeous. The only issue we had was the gas smell was very strong. It actually made me sick. My husband called and they told him that the smell was normal people had checked and everything checked out fine. There were Some areas that could have been cleaned better but for the most part it was amazing.

Nice Stay over New Years

We had a nice stay at the condo over the New Years Holiday. The condo is nice and we enjoyed using the fireplace. We had hoped for snow and did not get any but found this in Maggie Valley (one hour driver). The condo was not ready when we arrived (about 4:30 PM) but we only had to wait for about an hour. Everything was clean. The only issues we had were that we were not told of the location of amenities and surprised to find the restaurant closed much of the year and nowhere to eat on the property. This would have been welcome as we had to drive 12 miles to restaurants in Bryson City which seemed far on dark mountain roads at night. Overall, we had a nice time and I would stay there again.

Great Experience!

Quick weekend getaway and this property was fantastic! Beautiful and updated, and after a long day of travel, the beds were SO soft and comfortable! Everything we needed was available to make our stay wonderful. Super view- loved it!

Whittier Place

The people above our suite where very noisy. Whomever it was waited very late like10:00pm to wash clothes each night and you could hear the water running through the pipes and a popping noise. They constantly walked very heavy. The location and place was very nice. Just not the people above.

Sisters and husbands weekend.

It was an awesome weekend. The only drawback was the steps. too many steps to get to condo. We are all in middle to late 70's. Next time we will ask for Handicapped. This is our second time staying with them. The first a home and this time a condo. They are awesome and did everything to make our stay awesome. We will be staying there everytime we visit the area.

Wonderful Property

Wonderful central location convenient to Bryson City, NOC and Cherokee. Property was clean and exactly as described online. Check in was a breeze and we had a wonderful visit. Kitchen is well appointed and the golf course looked fun although we did not get to play it. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Lovely Golf Resort

Very clean large condo with a beautiful view. We stayed south of Smoky Mtn Nat Park to avoid the crowds. This condo was perfect. Go into nearby Bryson City for food and restaurants.

Poor Internet service

The unit is clean and well layout. The beds are comfortable. However, the wifi signal is terrible at the unit. The streaming on the TV was constantly interrupted and it was difficult to hold a regular zoom call. Hence, if internet service is critical to your stay, this unit may not be right for you.

Great stay

condo was just as pictured and very comfortable. I would try to arrive during daylight to familiarize yourself with the roads going up the mountain leading to the condo. It's very secluded and about 15-20 minutes to most attractions/restaurants, etc.
