The only issue was our room had ants but I had ants at home so we didn’t make a big deal about it. Unable to get fourth pillow room only had three and the desk stated they were out and I could check the next day but I was so tried when returning to hotel I just let it be. Overall a great experience

The staff was fantastic! Place is a bit rundown. The pillows are awful.The pool was great. Good value for the money. Looking forward to coming back…with my own pillow lol

Price right…room broken furniture

Bed was comfortable. Rooms were quiet. Furniture had chips, draws broken, sink broken and glued together. Room felt broken down, really needs some tender loving care. Room staff not friendly at all….no response when talked to.

It was and always is excellent. I stay here 3 or 4 times per year for the Poker Tournament at Harrah’s. It’s always great.

check in was horrible. People trying to check in well after 3 pm and the clerk didnt know what she was doing. 2 maids trying to get rooms cleaned at 5 pm, very dated, our room had a wall of mirrors. horrible

Received a text asking if we needed anything the next morning so I texted back that we needed more washcloths(only had 2 in the bathroom) and a few more towels. Finally late afternoon, my husband had to go down and get them from a lady in laundry room. The hairdryer burned out but a male staff member brought us another right away. All staff were friendly
