This second-floor condo has a balcony with lovely terrain views. Head inside after a fun-filled day and watch a DVD or VHS on the living room's mounted smart TV. Comfy and relaxing

Our family of 4, which includes 2 teens, had plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Location is perfect, near all local attractions. Building is nice quality, and loved having an indoor pool. Will likely be back!

Nice layout but few issues with the unit

This unit is nicely laid out & very spacious. The kitchen had lots of cupboards, dishes & counter space. However, the kitchen has no ceiling light & was very dark. The light for the microwave over the stove was not working so it made cooking very difficult, We appreciated the laundry soap, dishwasher soap and bathroom supplies. The shower was well lit & water pressure was good. A big frustration was that the toilet in the master would not flush for the entire week!! Thank goodness there was a second bathroom. The hair dryer in the master does not work & the hot water for the sink causes loud banging & spurting water stream. The chair in the living room is pretty sat out. Bed in master was very comfortable. Someone was in our assigned parking stall on the first night so had to find street parking a couple of blocks away from the unit. The pool & hot tub are very nice. Overall the unit was nice and clean & did meet our needs for the most part. The most frustrating part of our whole stay was that the Mgt company did not answer any of our phone calls or emails until the day of our departure. Their email indicted that they would report our issues to their local contact. Sure wish we had been aware of a local person at the start of our stay as opposed to the last day.

Nothing Remarkable

Half the lights had burned out bulbs. Kitchen was incredibly poorly equipped. No skillet. Just an omelet pan. Bedroom blinds were so broken they could not be opened.

Clean, quiet, pretty good overall. Make sure air conditioner works though!!

Overall decent place to stay. The balcony was small. The air conditioner failed the last day we were there and we couldn’t find a number to contact anyone, when we did it was after 5:30 so we had a rough warm night. The grill was not clean. Otherwise not bad for the price.

This is a nice place, but we had a few things.

The TV in the living room was blue in color and the volume wouldn't work. My husband was able to fix the color, but the volume would not come on. My husband is a technical person so it wasn't an input or some other easy fix. We didn't come to watch a lot of TV so this wasn't too bad for us. The worst part was the main bathroom toilet had not been cleaned at all. Gross stuff all over it. Maybe this was just an oversight, but cleaning someone else's toilet wasn't my favorite start to our vacation. Besides that we really liked this place.

Nice time

Overall it was a nice visit. The place was a nice size and clean. Beds were comfortable. The only negative items were that upon arrival, someone else was parked in our assigned space. Had to call the property manager but was given another spot # to park in. The TV over the fireplace was very difficult to get to work and so we gave up. The noise from the street was loud enough that you couldn't have the bedroom windows open without using ear plugs. It is in an okay location compared to the downtown shops and restaurants. A couple mile drive into town.

We loved it and will be coming back!

We had an amazing stay at Chelan Resort Suites! Our place was very spacious and accommodating. The living room and kitchen were stocked with everything we could possibly need. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and beds very comfortable! We enjoyed hanging out in our place just as much as being out on the lake! We will definitely be making reservations here again!

Great spacious apt!

Loved the spaciousness of the apt! At first we were disappointed that the pool wss inside, but then realized the lake was so close, we spent all our time down there! Had to request light bulbs as bedroom bedside lamp didn't work. Called Friday, they came Saturday after noon. Door to master bedroom sticks and requires a hard slam to close. We also followed directions to turn TV on, which worked, but could not figure out the volume. We would return! Thanks.

Overall happy

Overall good experience and happy with the stay. The room was clean, except as we notice the pillowcases had an old smell to it and the bed sheet was put inside out on one of the bed ( not washed) . So we wash all the bedding ourself in the washer before sleeping on it. The floor was very dusty and dirty as we walk barefoot, our feet were very dark. Never were able to figure out how to make TV work in the living room with 3 different remotes for all other electronics like Xbox and DVD player. The bathrooms were very clean and nice with a lot's of fresh towels.

big space, wish it were cleaner

space was larger than expected which was nice. I don't think the floors were ever cleaned. feet bottoms were completely black from dirt. the first bedroom was freezing compared to the rest of the unit and didn't seem to be controlled by the thermostat like the rest of the space. fridge took the whole day to cool which wasn't good for our food.... otherwise a good stay that was last minute for a holiday. probably won't return but do they regret booking this space
