The water went out the first night and we found roaches in our bathroom. Had to find another place to stay (along with many other guests). The water situation wasn’t the hotels fault, but the roaches definitely were. I always stay at Hilton hotels when I travel (I travel alot for work) but I won’t be back to this one. I’m now struggling to get my refund. Just disappointing.

Basic hotel. Was not impressed. Our flight was canceled, needed a room until the next day, got up the next morning to get ready to go back to airport with no running water at the hotel, was told plumber would be there “sometime today” - manager wasn’t there either, would be in between 10-11 am. We packed up and thankfully was able to get another hotel down the street that was gracious enough to let us check in at 8 am to get a shower, was about same price and very nice ! Just a bad experience. Did refund charges but was very inconvenient.

The shower did not work. Water barely trickled from the shower head. I tried adjusting the settings on the shower head but it made no difference. I told the woman at the front desk and she said she’d let maintenance know but didn’t mention anything about further discounts or reimbursement of any kind.

This was a cute hotel! We loved the design and layout of everything, breakfast was a great bonus as well! They had the cutest and coziest setting area and some games and pool for thw kids to play!

The disability room that we had on the third floor had a hole in the wall that was patched over and another messed up area near the top of the curtain rod. A light switch was broken and pushed into the wall. There was mold in the shower caulking and the toilet paper roll was broken and crooked. Leaving the hotel , it was raining really hard. The entrance was not totally cover so myself and daughter in a wheelchair got soaked. And then I had to put in the luggage. There was no microwave or coffee pot in the room, and not even cups to rinse your mouth up when you brush your teeth. It was actually ridiculous. As I was leaving another guest was complaining to the front desk that they had no water pressure from the shower or sink and was very irritated. I would not recommend anyone who needed a facility for a wheelchair to go here. Or anyone else. They're just too many things that should be done for you that you have to do yourself. It's a hotel, not a hostel.

Excellent value, super clean & new, ample parking, wonderful breakfast and incredibly comfy bed! Loved everything except for the tiny unplush bath towels. Will definitely stay again!!

My business plans had a last minute change so I did not stay there. Hotels.com has a lousy cancelation policy. The One Key Cash no longer provides an incentive worth using Hotels.com. I am switching to Hilton Honors.

The shower did not work. The water dribbled out. We were dropping off our son to the citadel...a hot shower would have been great for him. The window only had one shade . The light was very bright from the business across the street. Kept me up all night. And then no shower in the morning
