DO NOT COME HERE!! IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!! There was dead roaches all over my room, the bathtub look like it hadn’t been cleaned in YEARS, the floor was so dirty that my kids feet were black and dirty 10 minutes fresh out the shower so we had to keep socks on to keep our feet clean from the floor. The towels had so many old hairs on it, I had no idea if they had even washed the towels or not. The room DOES NOT MATCH THE PICTURES AT ALL!!!! Total catfish hotel. They got a decent kitchen but no dishes or silverware, nothing included.

Worst stay i have ever had
Terrible, noisy, dirty, its listed as a hotel but it was definitely not a hotel. It was more like crappy stuido apartments with rotting walls and a roach problem. I had to ask for new bedding because the sheets were dirty (not just dingy from age as the front desk suggested but actual crumbs and dirt) and the blanket had hard white stains on it. Then i had to make my own bed with the linens i was given. Breakfast was terrible and they didn't even have salt and pepper for the terribly bland eggs.

The photos on the website must be photoshopped. The hotel is in a motel setting. The property has cars parked in the lot that do not have plates on them, that have flat tires, and some have car covers. This property looks like it is designed for department of social services placement for long term stay for people who don’t have a place to live. This looks more like a low income expressed stay motel rather than a hotel. People had BBQ grills outside of their units, people were walking around with laundry baskets. Upon entry to my room on the third floor the outside steps had chicken bones on them. The bathrooms toilets were not properly cleaned. The towels may have been clean but had many stains on them. The hotel offers free breakfast during your stay. In the check in area behind the desk next to the printer there was dirty dishes, plates, silverware, pots and pans that needed to be washed just sitting in the check in area next to the printer. I arrived there at 10pm if those dishes were from breakfast what were they doing sitting in the office? Very unsanitary. I traveled 13 hours by car to SC to arrive to a place like this. Long story short, my family and i did not even stay! We couldn’t! Best part of the hotel was the property manager Krystal. She is very professional, she was very accommodating, and super understanding of my feelings of the property and the room. She tried her best to accommodate us even let us see a different room! I rate the staff a 10! property, 0.

The room was great but the facility outside was old with wear and tear, the dining small and barely nothing to eat. The breakfast without eggs and not cereal. They also charged me twice and is been over 2 weeks and not refund yet.

Book for the kitchen & it was not stocked, room smelled latch broken off the door, unfinished plaster ,, Altho it was clean, & beds commfy, we booked 5 nights & stayed only 2. Would not return.

I was offered two rooms on the lower level because I kept reporting issues with the quality issues with furniture, lighting switches, and cleanliness. Then I was offered to stay in the Penn House and was mortified to see roaches and creepy crawly insects in my tub. There were stains in the living room furniture. Remote control for TV in the living room didn’t work. The bed upstairs in the loft was draped with torn blankets. All of this was disappointing because aesthetically it property units all have potential. I liked the fireplace and private porch feature. Management must enforce stricter cleanliness policy. If I hadn’t have cleaned my unit I could have had an allergic attach which would have put me in the hospital!

Didn't like being called" you people " Didn't like going under a nasty stairway, cats in the doorway and Mexicans hanging outside in front of the room and then I had to park away from the room because they had all the parking spots where I was put. I was charged $100.00 dollars for what they called deposit for any repairs or smoking in the room. I don't smoke and I wasn't there to party so I would appreciate my money back. That website is a sham and it need to look like what you are actually paying for and I will never ever use it again. You have a wonderful day.

Never stay here, even if you stay is free!
The room was halfway decent, but the bathroom was frighteningly dirty and the fitted sheet on the bed had stains all over it. There were people right outside playing basketball at 11 PM and when I looked outside, I thought I saw a drug deal go down. I just packed up my stuff and left and drove three hours home in the middle of the night. That was preferable to staying on that property.

This property is not represented well online at all. The main entrance, front desk, condition of entry ways and the rooms are terrible. Smelled of smoke and marijuana, dirty breezeways and rooms. I did not stay and should not have even stepped past the front desk. I would never again entertain this brand of hotel based on this 30 minute experience.

Terrible stay!
The hotel and room was just filthy. Nothing like the pictures online. The towels were dirty and balled up not even folded. The sheets were dirty with brown stains. The shower curtains were filthy along with paint stains on the window curtains. The glass coset door was falling off the hinges witch was a hazard to my small children. On top of that the property just felt unsafe. People just smoking with their doors open. I will never stay here again. It was more like apartments because most of the guests clearly lived there.
