Room was nice, confortable and clean. The property is located across from the outlets near the theatre with plenty of outside dining options, though the restaurant had a good variety of options for teens and adults alike. Staff was friendly and courteous.

We had to get maintenance to repair heat. The room was 52 degrees when we checked in. Lamp shades were torn, receptacle in bathroom did not work, the headboards had something black all over them. They had a party the second night we there and music and laughing until after 12:00 AM. Also, the lamp and bathroom light flickered when turned off. This property is extremely outdated and needs a lot work for sure.

The hotel and room was amazing and beautiful, however the WiFi and service there is not very good and the shower never had any hot water. Overall the stay was peaceful and comfortable, room was clean and neat. Would stay here again.

Hotels.com lied to me
Hotels.com lied to me and scammed me out of $150. The hotel stay was nice, but I am extremely disgusted with the booking process. I accidentally n clicked December 16th and meant to click December 15th. They charged me an $150 for the booking mistake on top of the hotel fees. The customer service representative said “the hotel is charging you, not this website.” I asked the hotel person at check in and they said that is absolutely not true. The fees are decided by hotel.com. They just wanted to pocket the extra money even though I realized the mistake within minutes of booking.

Hotel needs some updating and attention to detail. Bathroom ceiling tiles broken. Room lighting was poor. Electrical power on one side of the room actually went out for a short period.
