Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Problem turned into a solution
When we checked in to the home, excessive chlorine fumes and mildew in the upstairs bathroom ceiling were pervasive. A call to the office and Bruno took immediate action locating another satisfactory property and property manager Peter helped us move. Their willingness and ability to help turned, what could have been a problem stay into a good experience. Thank you.

Perfect place to stay!
I stayed for a girls trip and the property manager had amazing communication. When I had questions I got a reply within minutes. The house is adorable and was the perfect place to stay and was in a great location to get to King Street as well as other attractions.

Extremely clean. Comfortable beds. Free parking off the street. Good shower pressure in bathrooms. AC unit worked very well. Pictures online matched the residence. Kitchen well stocked. Extra toilet paper and towels were on hand. Easy walking distance down King Street to restaurants and shops. Bonus touch to have Netflix on the TV. Thank you!

Me and my family (including 3 kids) stayed at this house during Thanksgiving week, we had such a lovely time. The house is the definition of comfortable, 3 spacious bedrooms each with its bathroom, table for the 10 of us, and big kitchen. Beautiful decoration inside the house, well taken care of. Great location! the communication with the host was easy, fast and cordial, which gave us peace of mind.

Great location!
We were three couples staying in downtown Charleston for the weekend, and this property was perfect! Walking distance to King Street and all the things! We all had king-size beds, which were very comfortable and the rooftop deck really sealed the deal! Property manager was fantastic with communication! :)

The home itself was beautifully restored and decorated. We loved the overall feel, spaciousness, cleanliness, each bedroom having its own bathroom, the deck with view on the 3rd floor, even the daybed nook. It had everything we needed. We got instant response from owners. We walked to King St. for late night ice cream and to the visitor center for the free trolley around town. Other attractions were very close with public parking.

First visit to Charleston and while we loved the city, this property was not as close to the action as we had hoped. While there is a lot of space for sleeping, be prepared to rent a compact car for parking, bring a white noise machine for city/construction noise and cleaning wipes for sticky substances on living room furniture.

Fantastic location for friends getaway
There were five adults perfectly accommodated in this property. The layout of the home worked well for all of us. Admittedly, the road noise for bedroom on front of the house was mildly distracting. The location was perfect for walking to nearby King St, or a quick drive to Folley Beach. Decor is great, beds were really comfy. There’s two parking spots in back of house. We agreed as a group we would rent again if we returned to Charleston.

Great place
This place, by far, had the comfiest beds I have ever slept in at a vacation property. The only qualm we had was that the street noise was quite high. That isn’t in the control of the property owner, but be mindful. The other two couples didn’t bring a sound machine like we did and they said they heard all kinds of noise during the night. Parking is basically for compact cars so I If you are renting or driving a larger vehicle, know you’ll need to make arrangements with the owner for parking. Communication between owner and myself was almost instantaneous and concise.
