Convenient & fun

My kids were super happy about this place. Right off the bat, you walk into the game room, and we spent a good portion of our time playing in there! Foosball, arcade games, air hockey - definitely fun. The beds were comfortable and the house was well-stocked. The hosts communicated well, and check-in and out was easy. Only complaint is the walls are thin, but the place is spacious so that helps. Definitely recommend!

Lovely home!

Loved the home, location and easy access to all the wonderful things to do in Champaign Urbana. Great trail for runners- especially long distance runners like myself. Thoroughly enjoyed the house and played air hockey and pac man almost non-stop!

Don't Hesitate!

My husband and I called this property home for two weeks while visiting friends in the area. It was well-stocked to meet your every need and extremely comfortable. Communication with the owner was outstanding when resolving a few minor problems. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect weekend getaway

Wedding in Champaign

House worked well for our needs. Clean updated kitchen and air conditioning worked great despite temp outdoors in the 90s. Clean bathrooms.There were coffee grounds available which we appreciated. Quiet neighborhood, ten minutes from the downtown wedding Venue. Master Bed could be firmer and larger but not terrible. 2nd bath and breezeway sunroom which was the entry to house had a musty smell but was fine in rest of house, some weeds growing from gutters and a lot of dust on ceiling fan in bedroom so we kept it off. Could not figure out how to adjust volume on TV. Would stay again.

Sweet Spot Near UI Campus

The house was very clean and looked exactly like the online pictures. The house was located about 10 minutes from U of I and was centrally located to Green and Neil streets. There is a park nearby with a walking path that led back to the neighborhood. The host sent an email with restuarant suggestions in the area. He was very responsive to any emails I sent him. I would stay here again and recommend this to anyone needing a comfortable place to stay near the campus.

Great mom’s weekend

Stayed here for my first mom’s weekend at UofI. The house was not far from campus in a quiet neighborhood. Colin responded quickly when we had trouble accessing the house using the door code upon arrival. House was clean and comfortable. It was even stocked with good coffee! Would book this home again next time I’m visiting my son at school.

Beautiful, clean, updated home in Champagne

We were very pleased with our stay at this beautiful home. The host was communicative and helpful. The quiet, charming neighborhood was very nice with a nearby walking trail and many good restaurants just a short drive away. The home was fully equipped with all the amenities needed to feel comfortable. Bathrooms and bedrooms were spotless and we all slept well and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We would highly recommend it!
