The are was quiet and close to the freeway and the bed was so comfy and the free breakfast was great!!

We stopped here on our way home and made a point of getting in earlier in the afternoon with the intention of enjoying the pool. The pool was shut down and had been for quite a while. There wasn't much to do and we had a lot of time to kill. It looks like they were remodeling and the facilities looked pretty nice, but we were super disappointed with the lack of things to do close by.

The motel was alright but the adjoining restaurant is sketchy. Construction materials and debris inside. No way I would eat there.

The room was hot 89 degrees, set temp to 65 but didnt not get cool. No towels in room. Phone didnt work in room. Tried calling front desk. No answer.

I would definitely stay here again. It’s a very convenient location going to Petrified Forest that’s right off the freeway. Room was clean, breakfast was good (sausage and eggs), and the receptionist was friendly. They called me to make sure that I had everything I needed, which no hotel has ever done before. I had a fabulous Indian dinner at the restaurant that’s right next to the hotel. Dog friendly as well. I’d definitely stop here again if I was in the area. Thank you!

Major improvement in all areas

Was there a year ago and it was a disaster. Now under new ownership and fantastic in all areas. Better service, breakfast, and all renovated.

Chambers Motel

The motel has been taken over from Days Inn to SureStay by Best Western. It has been refurbished, and is much improved to what it was before. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was very nice too with 2 beds, refrigerator and microwave. There is also breakfast included in the price, and the price is also very reasonably. Would recommend if you are passing through as it it just off I40.
