Welcome to the Cape! Spacious 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom house in a desired Centerville location. This home offers a large outdoor area for games, cookouts and bonfires with smores. Living room features a reclining sofa with massage as well as smart TV and WIFI for entertainment. Craigville Beach is 7 min drive. The home is equipped with window ACs and everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a full kitchen with oven, crock pot and waffle maker. Short drive to Hyannis Main Street and all restaurants. This is a two-level home. Lower level is small space occupied by year-round quiet and respectful residents. You can never see or hear anyone; house is very big and living spaces are separated. You get the entire main house with your own entrance and your own house is set up as pictured. Plenty of parking and private yard.

Fun!
The property was super nice! It was such a great house that fit so many people really well. 7 of us were able to sleep comfortably, with one person on the couch. Granted, the kids room next to the kitchen didn’t have a door which was a little inconvenient for privacy reasons but it was a small price to pay for a single bed and room. Not to mention the property is very nice! There was a deck, plenty of space to park, and a nice back area for a fire and s’mores. The only down side was having only one bathroom to share and no washer or dryer (which was fine because we weren’t staying long anyway but might be a deal breaker for a longer stay). The kitchen was full of supplies, silver ware, cookie sheets, plates, cups, you name it, it was probably there! The fridge didn’t get very cold but it kept our stuff refrigerated which was all we could ask for! And the multiple window AC units really helped keep the house cool. The kitchen got a little stuffy here or there but nothing that we couldn’t handle. It’s a great location too, just a small drive away from some fun places like mayflower beach, the glass museum, Dennis, and sandy neck. Overall the stay was great, and we just might return next year!

Modest house with barebones supplies
This house was recently on the market, purchased, and open to rentals. As such, it was minimally furnished and supplies like towels, kitchen utensils, cups, glasses, etc. were minimal. We added some cups and glasses to the collection (Thanks, dollar store!). Location was convenient for us since it was near relatives, but street in front of the house was pretty busy and there are no sidewalks around for a walk. All in all, it was an OK place for a group of ten people, and was sure glad it was available after another VRBO property in E. Falmouth cancelled our reservation two weeks before we were driving out to the Cape from Wisconsin.
