The room had not been cleaned very well. The walls had what looked like boogers on them, there were spots on the carpet that you could tell had been un-vacuumed because you could see piles of dirt, the folding table next to the TV had crumbs still on it and the bathtub had hair in it along with shower grime. We asked for an extra blanket for the fold out couch and after waiting 2 hours I had to go to the front desk and ask for it where I waiting for the desk clerk to go and grab one for me. We tried to swim but the pool as closed so we thought we would sit in the hot tub, but there was no way I was going to get into that mess. It was disgusting. Overall the hold facility was just unclean. The breakfast area was the only highlight. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Made sure you had what you needed.

Another great stay!!
I have stayed at the Cedar City Ramada Inn a number of times and it never disappoints. This was no exception with the ease of making reservations, to the check in process, made even better by the assistance provided by Liz! Room was excellent—convenient, clean, and comfortable. I slept well getting up to enjoy a very good breakfast—scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, juice and coffee truly hit the spot. Can’t wait for my next stay!

Staff was very friendly but they have an uphill battle serving a dying "hotel" with a mid century motel feeling weighing down like a thick miasma. The photos were very carefully taken. Which meant, I should have spent more time comparing the options. I also prefer to have a central entry location instead of a bedroom door opening to the parking lot. Strange enough, a family seemed to be checking out when we pulled up at 8:00pm. Not sure if they had enough and left upon arrival but that thought had crossed my mind. It was too late for us as we were "locked" in with a prepay option for the remainder of the night.... Just a reminder.. the Staff was super friendly so that have that going for them. If the price is right, the motel might make for a quick stop but don't linger.

Our toilet flushed slowly and stopped up the first morning. When we went to the front desk to let them know, they gave us a plunger to unstop it ourselves never offering to help. There were no coffee cup in the room and the ice bucket was full of water. The second morning we asked for three coffees for our room and they would only give us two. The motel was supposed to be pet friendly but there wasn't a suitable place to take our dog to relieve herself. The motel had a dog poop bag dispenser on a pile of rocks. When we took her over to a nearby weedy area, she got stickers in her paws. We we're promised a discount at the attached restaurant which the restaurant knew nothing about and wouldn't honor.

I wasn't expecting a 5-star hotel, but I was surprised at how poorly it's managed. The hallways and stairs looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in some time. When I arrived, there were three people ahead of me waiting in line to check-in, but nobody at the desk and nobody answering the phones. It was at least 10 minutes before someone arrived. I was there for a business event so was out the door by 8:15am and returned around 6:00pm, and surprised that nobody came by to clean the room. The walls are also paper thin so I could hear my neighbors TV for a good portion of the night.

This hotel is older. We were put on the second floor and there is no elevator. We had to haul heavy suitcases and e-bikes up the stairs. The bathroom is very small with low sinks. Had we known there was no elevator we would have requested a room on the first floor when we booked.

Great restaurant attached to hotel. Great coffee trailer in the parking lot for when you leave. Check in was super quick and extremely polite. Room was clean. Area around hotel was good for walking our dog.
