Located in the gated Cathedral Canyon Country Club with access to the 18 hole championship public Cathedral Canyon Golf Course and Tennis Club.

Our condo has a bright open floor plan with natural light from sliding glass doors, clearstory windows and skylights. It is furnished with new, modern designed furniture and accessories indoors and out, and has new lighting and finishes completed in 2020. Sleek ceiling fans were added to both bedrooms, living room and patio in 2021. The kitchen was updated in 2020 with new cabinets and granite countertops and features stainless steel appliances. The floors throughout the open space is tile which is cool to the touch on bare feet, while the bedrooms have plush carpet.

The large living room sliders open onto the east facing patio with a view of the golf course. You can live & dine on the private patio on sunny days under the expansive umbrella and on cool desert nights by using the portable propane heater. There is also soft lighting to create an intimate mood once the sun drops behind the mountains. Enjoy the calls of the birds and the sway of the palm trees as you sit on the two comfortable love seats and read the morning news or unwind from a busy day. The patio dining table seats 4 and expands to provide seating for up to 8.

The front courtyard patio opens from the kitchen sliders, west bedroom sliders or the front door. Have a quiet cup of morning coffee on hot days or evening cocktails and snacks while enjoying the sunset over the San Jacinto mountain range.

The floor plan has two primary suites, each with a king bed and en suite bathroom, perfect for two couples to have complete privacy. There is also a bonus home office space with abundant natural light. The convenient indoor laundry can be closed off with folding doors when not in use. There is parking space for up to two cars in the driveway.

There are three communal pools/spas for use. One is close by and is surrounded by tall palm trees and dense hedges which block the view into the pool area. Spend time floating and soaking up the desert sun, swimming laps or relaxing in the hot tub spa.

The club house and tennis courts of Cathedral Canyon Golf and Tennis Club are within the gates of our condo located a quick 1/2 mile from the front door. This is a public golf course and tennis club with no membership fees required for use. The club house has a restaurant and bar that is also open to the public. The patio of the dining room has sweeping views of the San Jacinto mountains.

Downtown Palm Springs is 6.5 miles to the center of dining and shopping. There is also grocery and other shopping in Cathedral City, conveniently located within 2 -3 miles of the condo. You can access the major streets in any direction to quickly drive to the many attractions offered in the Coachella Valley.

Lovely, well appointed condo in Cathedral Canyon CC
We so enjoyed the Palm Springs vibe of this Cat City Condo. It’s really well appointed and sits on the second tee of the CCCC. Watching the ducks, geese, hummingbirds, snowy egrets, and blue herons makes for such a relaxing stay. It’s close to PS and all the other desert cities. The kitchen has everything you need to make a great meal; the towels and linens are great and the mattresses are so comfy. Plenty of room to unpack your stuff, play golf and relax.

Wonderful Condo with beautiful GC views.
Our stay at Robin’s condo for two months was great.. Robin, the owner, was very quick to respond to any questions I had prior to our arrival and after. She was very easy to deal with and very accommodating. The property manager, Micheal, was equally as pleasant and responsive to any questions. The condo was very well equipped with everything that was needed for our stay. Robin thought of everything, including a bottle of wine and a welcome note upon our arrival. The pictures are accurate except for a lovely addition of kitchen cupboards , including a wine fridge. The views of the golf course and the pond with the ducks greeted us every morning. All in all , we would definitively stay here again and would recommend it to anyone .
