Great motel in Maricopa.
Everything was as it should be. Friendly, efficient, cooperative staff along with clean, comfortable accommodations, and typicality good breakfast with the usual items of hot eggs, sausage and potatoes, plus waffle makers, etc. I suggest they add a fan for air circulation in the fitness room &/or lower the temp a few degrees. We highly recommend this motel and will stay here again.

Everything was good except the TV in the dining area was set on Fox News. Most hotels have chosen to set theirs on neutral cable channels like The Weather Channel, Animal Planet, Discovery, etc that will not offend anyone. Why lose customers over a tv channel…

For being only 2 year old property was dirty and rooms were run down. Our room was dusty and not properly cleaned. Our lotion, conditioner and shampoo bottles were a quarter full when we got there. Shower had mold everywhere and floor wasn’t mopped.
