Check in process and staff was great. But the rooms had dead bugs everywhere. Spiders in the sinks, roaches in the tub. The television ain’t work. The long term stays there are outside your door til 2am screaming at their kids; hanging out and playing loud music.
Contactless check in was difficult and took a long time. No explanation of how to manage the tech to open door and run the things in the room. No wash clothes. AC was impossible to manage. Not adequate lighting. No hot water in sink. No bath mat and no anti slip mat in tub. Just another old motel poorly re-habbed by poor workmen. Definitely will not be staying there again.
This hotel has seen better days. Starting from the pothole-ridden parking lot to the questionable cleanliness of the towels (there was black hair on the "clean" towel, my hair is gray)-it was pretty run down and dirty throughout. I didnt expect much though, I just wanted a cheap place to stay while working away from home. On a positive note, the bed was extemely comfortable and the unexpected fridge and microwave in the room was a plus.
Checked in....arrived at room and it was NOT cleaned, beds not made, fast food bags EVERYWHERE.....was moved to room next door.....was told by employee I would get discount/free night.....NOTHING happened.....VERY disappointed....
There should definitely be a zero star option for this one. I wasn’t looking for anything fancy. Just a clean bed and a locking door for one night. Couldn’t even get that. Went to the property to check in for my pre booked and paid for reservation. Their “lobby” was an entirely empty and unmanned room. No one in sight to speak with. A sign said to quick check in with an app but no app could be found. Another sign said to use the kiosk but it needed a password to be accessed. No password was provided and the other two kiosks looked gutted of internal parts. A ring type doorbell was there. It was broken. There was a number to call and I called 6 or 7 times and it went right to voicemail. The place looked absolutely abandoned. There was a window into what looked like a security room with a tv screen showing camera feeds but no one present. Reminded me of an apocalypse movie where all the lights and screens are on but there’s not a soul in sight.
I ended up having to book a room elsewhere.
