Great location and the staff is very nice. The beds are very comfortable and the shower pressure is amazing. The rooms could use an update, especially the carpet.

Nice clean hotel. Staff is nice. Wheelchair was broken unfortunately. The food in restaurant is good but service needs a little improvement. Breakfast woman was very nice and front desk staff were lovely.

Missing Something

Was amazing! Except the balcony is unusable due to the spider webs. I walked out and was attacked my spider webs in my hair. I asked them to deal with the webs -they did but the next day and everyday I couldn’t use it because of the spider webs. My 5 year old neice had to be told ‘no’ because I was afraid she may get bit by a spider. I asked for a ‘river view’ after the lights in my couch suite didn’t work and it just screamed OLD! There is no view of the ‘river’ due to the massive amount of trees blocking the view. One day the housekeeping staff caught me as I was leaving thru the side entrance and asked if I needed anything? I said washcloths. When I returned the washcloths were on the kitchen sink and the dirty towels were still on the floor and the bed was unmade. Not sure why that happened. I guess in my haste to leave I was supposed to tell her everything I expected. the bar was never open and I felt like I paid for a faux hotel experience. The only benefit was the idea of a almost 5 star hotel.
