Quick stay in Carson City

Hotels.com oversold the two queen beds we reserved and paid for, but the hotel did the best they could and gave us a room with a king and sleep sofa. Not the best situation for us but it worked. The room and hotel were very clean, the staff was very nice, especially Greg, the breakfast was yummy, and the laundry facility was very much appreciated!

Room was clean and staff was always friendly. I needed extra towels the last night and the front desk was very kind and hurried to grab what I needed. I would stay at this location again.

We cut our stay short because the room above ours was either under construction or people were breaking furniture all night. The man at the desk was literally on another planet and was no help. We left knowing we would forfeit the cost of the second night. Normally we don’t have these problems when we stay with Hampton

I booked two separate rooms. Both rooms were to have 2 queen size beds. I was given 2 rooms with 1 king size bed in each room. I was told to use the couch/pull out bed for the room with 2 guests. This is NOT what I pre-paid for. I was told that the hotel was full, and there was nothing they could do about it.

Great hotel. Well kept and great amenities. The AC in the room did not work well but staff brought a fan. Would have preferred the AC working but overall a great stay.

This is a pet friendly hotel. We could hear dogs barking until around 1130pm. Without all of the barking this would have been rated five stars for sure. It’s a very nice place.

Excellent accommodation with easy check in and check out. It was made clear that room service is only every other day which was fine. Breakfast was nice and a good variety. Would stay there again
