Loud crowd of people in the courtyard just outside my room from midnight to 4 AM on a Sunday morning. How about enforcing some quiet hours? Does a bomb need to go off before management takes action? Or don't you think that taking care of your guests is important? Terrible service destroys anything else you might've done right.

We stayed in exact room we requested. The room was very clean. I know because I cleaned homes for 20 years and it was clean correctly. Staff were so friendly. They welcomed us and our Yorkie very warmly

I loved the size of the room & it seemed very clean, which I like. Also, the bedding smelled nice & super clean which is a bonus! The staff at the front desk were very accommodating, helpful & engaging. They should be told what a good job they’re doing!!
