Rincon is 5 minutes away, Carpinteria 10 minutes, Santa Barbara 20 minutes, Ojai 30 minutes. Ideally suited for a beach vacation, surfing, cycling. The main house features two bedrooms and one bath. There is also a separate 1 bedroom cabin with a bath. There are several outdoor dining, seating areas. Relax and enjoy the daily trade winds and cool but sunny days. This property is surrounded by organic flower, berry and avocado farms.
The buildings are all built to be organic and free from toxins including emf’s. All the materials are raw organic and hand crafted timber frames.
If you are looking for a quiet place that is convenient to enjoy your family vacation, this is the place.
