Just steps from the beach! This recently updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps up to 6 people comfortably, is steps away from the ocean and has a canal view from the balcony off the master bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked and all linens and bedding provided to make your stay stress-free! It's an easy, one block walk to the public access beach. Plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby!
When you arrive to the Salty Seascape, you will be able to hear the waves crashing as the ocean is just across the street from the condo! Parking is available onsite for up 2 vehicles. When you enter the condo (located on the 3rd floor), you'll walk into an open, inviting, & updated space. You may first notice the new 70-inch Smart TV or the completely updated kitchen with all new appliances and counter tops. Turn to your left, and you'll find the sliding glass door leading to the large deck, with comfortable chairs to relax in. Continuing down the hall, you'll first find the renovated guest bathroom with double sinks and full-size washer and dryer. Next, the guest room has double beds, with a Roku TV. At the far end of the condo is the master bedroom with a private, updated bathroom and sliding glass door leading you to the back balcony where you will enjoy the canal view.
Fresh linens are provided at no extra charge (sheets, blankets, and 1 bath towel & washcloth per person). Guests must provide their own beach towels. Wifi is available to use the Smart TVs to stream popular apps. (Guests must provide their own login information.) Public beach access is less than 400ft, so an easy, quick walk for anyone. A popular café on the north end of the island is 2 buildings down, making the morning coffee run easy, simple and delicious. There are numerous restaurants nearby and plenty of entertainment for the family.
We now welcome dogs! Due to space, we will allow up to 2 small/medium dogs (less than 50lbs). Breed restrictions apply. Between April 1st and September 30th, Carolina Beach allows leashed dogs before 9am and after 5pm on the beach. Dogs are welcome anytime at Freeman Park and Fort Fisher State Recreation areas.
