Cozy pet friendly Carolina Beach Condo with community pool and a short walk to the beach!

Nestled between the beach and the harbor is Jellyfish Hideaway, the perfect condo to relax with family and friends. Enjoy soaking in some sun on the beach or just take it easy out by the pool.

The open floor plan includes the transitional kitchen and living area. The fully equipped kitchen has an appliance suite with a top-freezer refrigerator, an oven with a smooth top range, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a microwave. The kitchen table comfortably seats 4 people and is conveniently located right off the kitchen area. Step out onto the screened-in porch, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the waves.

The tranquil coastal decor in the Queen bedroom suite is guaranteed to offer a restful night’s sleep and has a smart TV. Views of the harbor can be seen right out of the bedroom window. Access to the bedroom closet allows you to unpack and get settled in for your stay. Off the Queen bedroom, is a private full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The second bedroom includes 2 comfy twin-sized beds and is beautifully decorated with sea life accents. The second full bathroom is located off the hallway and is available to guests in the living area and twin bedroom. The laundry closet includes a stacked washer and dryer. Beach chairs and a beach cart are conveniently located in the laundry area.

Parking instructions:
2 guest passes are provided. One Spot is assigned and labeled #20, located on the north side of the building. Park in the designated space marked by the Unit #. Unit numbers are to be displayed at all times. Cars should always be parked in assigned spots. If available, guests can also use one more parking space designated for "Visitors", please note these spaces are "First Come, First Served". No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking.

INCLUDED: -WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available.

Beach equipment: One beach cart and 4 Beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

The Community pool is open from April 1 until October 31. (This is regulated by the HOA and may be subject to change due to hurricanes, repairs, etc.)

Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $100 plus tax per pet. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

*Please note:  All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.*

From April 1st – Sept. 30, dogs are allowed on the beach before 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm. No dogs are allowed on the beach between 9:00 am -5:00 pm. From October 1st – May 31st, dogs are allowed on the beach at any time.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

Good location but not clean
This condo is truly the perfect location, only a 2 minute walk to the beach. On first look, it is a cute little condo; nice decor, washer/dryer, kitchen full of appliances, dishes, cutlery etc. We arrived at 3:50 for a 4:00 check in- the doors will not open even 30 seconds before 4:00. Within 45 minutes of arriving, we noticed ants all over the bedroom and coming out from under the rug. We called the property management company and the person who answered said "okay." We had to then keep asking if they would take care of it and she was unhelpful. She called back a little bit later and said they would send an exterminator the next morning. We asked if they could at least provide ant spray to which she said we would have to buy it and submit a receipt for reimbursement (still waiting) because there wasn't anyone available to bring it. This delayed our time spent at the beach because we had to wait on the exterminator the next day who told us the wall was rotting and that's where the ants were living. We asked for the second parking pass which we were told we would have. It took 3 phone calls and six hours to get. We ended up leaving a note on the car to tell them what apartment it was from so it wouldn't get towed. Other things we noticed were that the wifi codes in the condo didn't match what was written online. There was no hand soap in the entire condo, just one empty bottle. Overall, the location is great, the condo is cute but it's not the cleanest or best management company to deal with.

Quiet long weekend at the beach.
We had to reschedule our vacation plans at the last minute and decided to go to the Wilmington area. We were in a bit of a panic; we were researching places the day before we started traveling and the first place we contacted took 6 hours to advise us that our requested dates were unavailable. VRBO policy says clearly that it may take up to 24 hours, so they were completely within their policy. This is a neat condo in a quiet location; it's about a mile off of a main road in Carolina Beach. The property managers were very responsive when we discovered a wasp nest underneath the balcony handrail. The kitchen is well stocked and functional. It's a short walk to beach access, very close to a Publix grocery story, and getting to downtown Wilmington is easy. Notes, not negatives: The bed is very firm and very tall; I'm 6'2 and had to stretch / hop to sit fully on the bed. Conversely, the shower heads are very short, easily a hands-width below my chin. A shower head with an integrated hand-held option would be a quick mitigation.
