The cleaning fee includes towels and linens for your stay; however, you will want to bring your own beach / pool towels. While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:

Cute condo, great location

The location was great. The condo was the perfect setup for our family needs. The property could have been cleaned better before our arrival. Just a few minor things that we looked past (dead ants in kitchen, toilets needing to be flushed before used). I know it’s pet friendly but there was dog hair even on the extra clean linens. Overall we still enjoyed our stay and the location.

The property had been renovated recently and was lovely. Location was perfect for the beach access and proximity to restaurants and our favorite places for entertainment. The only negative was the property management company was unresponsive. Definitely would stay here again.

Great stay at Starfish!

This property was overall as advertised. BEACH STUFF: Great, short walk to the beach, which was not overly crowded the second week of August. While not used by us, the property had a number of beach chairs and a wagon which could be used. I think there was even an umbrella, but we had brought our Shabumi. FOOD STUFF: It had a small propane grill which worked great (luckily we brought our own grilling utensils as the property didn't really have any). Kitchen was stocked with a ton of spices, 8 large and 8 medium plates and a ton of silverware/knives. 3 different size frying pans and 3 different size pots. Lots of various glasses and cups. Enough cooking utensils and multiple cutting boards. Coffee pot is regular percolator style (no Keurig if bringing coffee with you). PARKING STUFF: There is enough room to park 2 cars (one in garage, one in driveway) but not more. Remote garage opener provided...nice touch! GENERAL STUFF: Property was clean and tidy. Beds were comfy and checkin/checkout was a breeze. The only complaint we had during the stay (which was never addressed even though an email was sent) is that the shower curtain liner was extremely dirty with what looked like mold (hope they replaced that!). TV is Roku and internet worked extremely well for steaming. Washer/dryer provided and used multiple times, worked great. OVERALL STUFF: Loved the stay! Would recommend to anyone and is now on our radar to stay again (we visit Carolina Beach often!).

Great location

Love location, easy to walk to anywhere you would want to go. Super short walk to the beach, easy walk to go out to eat. Provide beach chairs, skim boards & other beach items. Even though a few things didn’t work or weren’t there, it wasn’t the rental company or owner’s fault & they were quick to step in & fix it as quick as possible. Everything my family & I need for a vacation. No complaints from us. We will definitely go back.

Super close to the beach

My family and I had a great time at this rental. It was spacious, clean & the beach access was just across the street. Although we had air conditioning problems, Liz was prompt in responding to our message and was able to get the problem fixed in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Location is amazing

The location of the condo is wonderful literally steps to the beach. Having chairs set up for us every morning by the local rental place made it even that much nicer. The master bed was comfortable and the whole condo is tastefully decorated and clean. During the stay communication with the management company was easy. We would stay again as long as some maintenance was performed on the dishwasher and the A/C.

Steps to public beach access!

Great location, recently renovated, and very clean - perfect for our family of four. Easy walk to the public beach access, and not overly crowded for August. Boardwalk within walking distance, with plenty of restaurants and shops a short drive away. Would definitely stay again!

Great except for communication

Reserved but did not know it was in process of being updated so details changed & had to clarify a few times. Several things weren’t there as stated, when asked property rental abt missing items, they would say they’d call back, but wouldn’t. We were left 1st night without air mattress we we told would be there, when reached out they said someone would bring it by & we finally gave up at 11:15 pm when no one showed up & wouldn’t return calls. No tv in spare bedroom, however brought a tv a day or 2 later. No bikes as mentioned, next to last day of our trip they brought over 2 nice new bikes, but not by their fault the seat was broken on 1. It was a great place & a great location. I feel that rental company was nice & trying to help, but updates or not left hanging would have helped tremendously. Actually still waiting on a call promised months ago. Called, emailed, texted but still nothing.
