the room was fine. the issue was the large party of teens above that stayed up till 4am drinking and urinating off the balcony while we were sitting beneath.

good value, noisy appliances

Great location, good price, dirt under couch, horrifically noisy appliances. Cannot sleep on couch due to noise from refrigerator, when it stops, it sounds like the compress is coming out the side. Dishwasher sounds like an industrial pump. You can't sleep in the bedroom much less on the couch when the dishwasher is running. The guy above us was up at all hours and you can hear every step, and chair movement .

Wonderful Time

We were a group of French grad Students and this place was the perfect getaway for a French Thanksgiving 👏 Not far away from the beach with amazing sunsets and dolphins at this time of year!! The apartment itself was nice. Just don’t run the dishwasher at night, because it is extremely loud... But if you run it during the day you’ll get some good sleep ! The kitchen was well equipped and we are proud to say that we prepared a very nice Turkey! The only thing missing in our apartment was a bottle opener, but the family above us kindly borrowed theirs! If you have a car don’t hesitate to go to the aquarium and visit Wilmington at day and night. I definitely recommend this place!

3 Concerns; Communication, Condensation & Towels...

We loved the location of the property. Very close to the beach with the Veggie Wagon plus A&G BBQ conveniently across the street. We had several issues that were unacceptable; 1. The property manager did NOT respond to a parking concern I had raised via e-mail prior to arrival. Our conversion Van did not fit in our allotted spaces. This created some issues with other renters that I had to deal with immediately upon our arrival. 2. We had condensation leaking into our unit from units located above ours. The condensation leaked into the hallway bathroom the entire time we were there. The amount was enough to create standing water in that bathroom everyday we were there. We did not use that bathroom. 3. The property supplied towels had been washed prior to our arrival. They were then left wet in the washing machine for an unknown amount of time. They smell they had developed was not acceptable. We did not use the provided towels. We had brought a few of our own towels just in case & we used them the entire visit.

Great location! Needs a serious remodel, updating and cleaning. The fridge is scary! The bed is a torture chamber. The linens and towels were clean. We wouldnt sit on the living room furniture so i dont know but it didnt look comfortable. Someone pounding all night long on something. Drug addicts hanging near our car. I would give this a 2 star and never stay there again. I'm very sorry!

Sorry to say the building seems flimsy.

Anyone just walking in the unit above me was loud, the building vibrated, the bed shook with normal activity. The unit was clean. I cannot recommend staying here.
