Quiet comfortable room.
The hotel was very clean & smelled nice throughout. Staff was very friendly. Even though the 5 Freeway was close, we didn't get any freeway noise. The room was quiet at night & the AC did not bother us at all. We would definitely consider staying there again!

The room was spotless and the walls were very thick. There was a freeway right outside our window and couldn’t hear it at all. The breakfast was great, and milk and cookies at night was a special treat. We loved it.

West Inn & Suites in Carlsbad, CA
We stayed at the West Inn & Suites on our way to Legoland. Reception desk was very helpful and friendly. They even serve milk and cookies from 8-9 pm nightly. The rooms were spacious enough for our family of 4 and clean (my biggest must have). Beds were comfy. If you are visiting Legoland and don't want to spend the crazy rates at the resort hotel, stay here. It is close enough, comfortable, and more affordable.

Great hotel with gym and pool facilities and daily breakfast. Milk and cookie each night is a special and unique touch. Only feedback is there was a strong carpet smell in the room on arrival but this slowly went away throughout our stay. Spacious room and bathroom were very comfortable. Special thanks to front desk reception. She was very friendly and helpful. Made the whole experience easy and comfortable. Close to Legoland which was the main reason for our stay. Ample free parking on the hotel grounds.

Property was clean and convenient. Our room very comfortable and quiet. Large shower, but poor water pressure. Property had a strange smell in common areas. Property could do better with using sustainable products. Too much use of plastic. Breakfast was good with the exception of the eggs which were overcooked and bland.
