The staff were very welcoming, contacting us when our room was ready for a slightly early check in. They too were able to provide us with a play pin for our toddler. The property was very clean and quiet!!! The Bistro was a perfect addition for a quick snack/night cap. Thank you for making our trip to Carlsbad a success, we'd defintiely atay again if in the area.

Staff was fantastic and room was super clean. Only issue was the remoteness of the property. I hoped it was going to feel closer to LEGOLAND and other nearby shops/restaurants. Would still stay again though.

Checkin went smoothly, representative was welcoming and friendly; room was quiet and well maintained; the next morning, had to wait at checkout desk about 5 minutes - no one was there and I needed to check out around 6 AM; there was a sign saying someone would be back shortly - a nice gentleman then came and checked me out but I think a little bell at the desk would be good for guests to signal the employees that they are there

Kind of disappointed in our stay. Not anything major was wrong, just a bunch of little things...tried to charge us a parking fee (not stated when originally booked), in an adjoining room next to loud families with kids (the door did not keep any sounds out), huge hole behind the toilet, terrible configuration of the room (*wasted space, no counter space), no soap provided
