Just wondering if linens are completely changed BEFORE EVERY ADMISSION... feeling itchy first night, ( and only night... stayed overnight only, thank goodness) Staff at the desk were all very nice; I liked the location too.

This hotel was among the worst I stayed at! First off, it was FILTHY! Both rooms I was given had cobwebs in just about every corner. The second room I was given had a HUGE cobweb hanging down from the entryway ceiling, and I had to call the front desk to have them send over someone right away to clean it. The cobweb was dusty, and had obviously been there a long time! Then both room had flying bugs in them that I kept having to kill. In fact, at night, I would keep the bathroom and entryway lights on in order to ensure the bugs remained on that side of the room, and not near the beds. What's more, it is painfully evident that the fixtures are old, dilapidated, and not well maintained. In the second room, the body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispenser--which is normally mounted on the wall of the shower--was down on the floor of the shower, and I had to remove the bottles individually in order to use them. And I just want to mention the spiders and the cobwebs again...because they were literally in every corner--particularly by the windows. I will not be staying here again. In fact, I'll make sure to spend a lot more money to stay at a safer and more hygienic hotel.

The hotel is really close to Legoland. A little bit outdated hotel, no elevator so if you stay on 2nd floor, be prepared to carry your luggages upstairs.

The room had a lot of spiders in it, which means a lot of bugs. The spiders and I came to an understanding. The bed was decent, but the couch was uncomfortable and the general furnishings were lacking. The tv was way too far from the bed, if on the couch there were no side or coffee table to set a drink. Lack of efficient lighting. Bathroom was in need of updating and the towels and soap/shampoos were not very good. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR to take your stuff up to the second floor. and last is the invasion of privacy. I left bc I felt unsafe staying. They tell you they will not do housekeeping unless requested, so no entering the room unless I ask for it. I did NOT ask and they came while I was gone. Then even worse was that they came while I was in the shower (which is next to the door) and I said 'dont come in', not only did they try to open the door, they then shut it and tried it a second time! as I was then screaming at them to not enter. I luckily had the safety latch on. I immediately called the front desk and reported it. Then the next day it happened again! I really had high hopes for this place, but I did not enjoy it at all and will not be returning and will never recommend this place.

From the outside it looks like a very nice resort. The rooms were run down and not very clean. Anytime the person next to us turned on the water the bathroom walls would shake and it sounded like a jack hammer was going to come through our wall. Happened all night and very early in the morning. Also anytime someone next to you opens or closes their door it sounds like someone is body slamming into your door. The pool was very nice, the rooms are just run down and not quiet at all.

Me and my girlfriend came for a wedding and stayed a couple extra nights. Beautiful area, awesome hotel and everything we could want was either there at the hotel or right next door. It was the perfect place for a 3 day weekend.

Our second time here. There was a problem with loud music turned on by the pool In the middle of the night caused by a computer issue. When I raised it with the front desk they allowed us a very late check out and compensation. We will definitely be back.

They let me check in extremely early which was great because you can really enjoy the amenities on the property and the room, I love the huge tv, and the quiet courtyard, super easy going staff, love the room very comfortable, awesome shower . Very pleasant stay here

You don’t get clean towels or bed made without request. Room was not very clean like previous stays. Was missing shower gel. Staff was excellent as we had to move 3 times. Keys didn’t work, no lights or electricity in 2nd room. 3rd room was okay but not very clean at all. Definitely saw a difference from previous stays. This was stay4.

The room was messy when we checked in. The floors hadn’t been cleaned, the bathroom was dirty, had hair on the shower walls and there were only two towels. Looked as if the room wasn’t properly cleaned. The phone didn’t work, the beds were old and needed to be replaced. For a remodeled room, I was surprised of the condition. The pool was dirty, the spa needed to be drained and strubbed. Spiderwebs everywhere on the property. The only plus was that the staff was super nice and the windmill was next door. In all my years of traveling, and my family travels multiple times a year, this hotel was by far the lowest quality we’ve stayed in.
