The man at the counter had lost his password and could not access computer. We waited in the lobby for 45 minutes. It was late, we were tired and we were the only guests checking in. He explained that he could not tell which rooms might be occupied. I suggested that he could knock on a door to see if a room was available/occupied. Which he finally did.

We were greeted by a very friendly staff and checked in quickly. They answered questions about the area and offered advice that was welcome. We had a small problem with our room (no fault of the staff or business) and we offered another room which was just as clean and comfortable. Breakfast which was included was very good. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone staying in the Carlisle area.

Drove to the hotel and found all the lights off and one car in the parking lot. Felt very unsafe and wound up staying at a different hotel down the block. Would definitely not recommend

The room itself was very nice, but the bathroom less so. There were mineral deposits on all the fixtures. There were stains on the carpet in the hallway and the outside of the building and grounds were in less than average condition. Not a bad place, but not great.

Very nice hotel. Good breakfast. Not the nicest part of town. Kudos to their housekeeping staff who found my wife's jewelry bag that we accidentally left behind. They kept it safe until our friend could come get it and send it to us. Thanks for your honesty!
