Front desk staff was friendly. Couch in the room was comfy but a little too low for older guests. Otherwise, room was good. The front desk said that rooms were cleaned every other day, but mine wasn't cleaned at all while I was there for several nights. Breakfast was tasty, and the folks putting out the breakfast were friendly, but heads up -- there's a tip jar. I think Springhill Suites should pay their cooks a living wage so that they don't have to live off tips.

Comfortable and friendly.
I was there for one night with my service dog for back to back surgeries. The room was very comfortable and I felt secure the whole time. Breakfast was good as well in the morning before I headed out for round two of my surgeries. Staff was helpful and friendly at all times.
