Although staying in the quiet part of the hotel it was very loud. Walls are paper thin and can hear everything from nearby rooms. Was woken with doors slamming and neighbours having sex. Staff were unprofessional and rude . Breakfast was cold and service was terrible. I would never stay here again .

Good stay we stayed for the tribute but that was not good as they played the same music for a completely tribute back a few months again when we stayed. Changed you dj he only plays what he likes not what we want

Ok overall but could do better
Hotel has great pool and gym facilities...if not overcrowded at times unfortunately the rooms could do with some updating and TLC! Normally Village hotels rooms are always up to a good modern standard but the Cardiff has been left behind it seems...Had dirt over in the room floor and walls when checking in plus a broken toilet seat which came off constantly with use. No Air con in the room either, which is a bit usual. Staff were friendly and helpful as always. The Starbucks came in handy during the mornings.

Disappointed it was not ckeae that the car parking breakfast and pool area were not included in the stay. Also we ran out of milk and tea bags. Asked several times but no one came
