I am not going to provide all of the details… However, I will say that I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff, the amenities, the attitude, and the proximity to the water all contribute to a fantastic stay. The hotel staff is keeping this place pristine and well run. I am a bit on the bougie side so for me to give five stars in every category is very rare. Loved this hotel!

Staff was 5 stars. They were very helpful and always friendly. My only issue is the water temperature in the shower. I had to let it run for 10 mins to get it warm enough for a shower. The beds were also a bit hard.

It was a great starting point for our cruise vacation. Very clean and comfortable. I only wish they had free breakfast and a little snack area to purchase small things like toiletries, aspirin, drinks, etc.

Overall great! Some minor things- lamp shades were stained, coffee & creamer in the room not so great, air conditioner in the room was noisy, bathroom lights were dim. Like I said, minor things. We definitely needed bigger and more pillows - our opinion only. Staff was AMAZING. My check in girl was AWESOME and VERY helpful. Pool area was OUTSTANDING & DJ kept things lively! Overall a great experience! Would recommend 9/10.

I wasn't happy with my stay i pre paid for my room and when I arrived I had to pay a 50.00 deposit and 12.00 for parking overnight and I was told i would get the 50.00 back but all they gave me was 40.00. I won't be staying there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our dinner was excellent as was our server. The dining room was really pretty - don't forget to look up at the beautiful ceiling. Pool was clean and different from the usual rectangular pools. Will be staying here again for our next cruise. So easy with their cruise parking available.

I was awaken at 1:30 and again around 2:30AM by an extremely loud noise that sounded like someone was drilling on the roof. The front desk person was less than understanding and suggested that we move rooms…we were with a 75year old wheelchair user, moving rooms at 2:30 AM was not a viable option for our party. I didn’t purposely chose a room with noise to complain…. it would have been nice had a discounted rate been offered instead of only offering us a change in rooms in the middle of the night. Thanks for listening.
