Booked 2 rooms ahead of our cruise out of Port Canaveral. Dee checked us in and was terrific great customer service after a long day of travel! Rooms were clean and well equipped. Pool Bar was the place to be and was still serving food after a long day. Thanks!

The facility is ok average, which was fine. Ac doesn’t work. I didn’t have hot water and I gave it 20 minutes to warm up and it never got hot. So I called and he just kept saying there is hot water I gave it an hour and I tried again. It was warmer not hot. The bed was so uncomfortable. I was so hot all night I can’t sleep. I don’t recommend

We had a plumbing issue. It was resolved. The shower had hair on the wall and a washcloth from the previous guest was left hanging on the shower head. We were there for the night so we didn’t want to make a big deal about it.

The pool was very cold. The kids didn’t even wanna go swimming and that was the main reason we chose this hotel. So that was disappointing.
