Amazing Stay

This is a great condo! We had so much fun it was very clean, close to the beach and they provided everything we needed including laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was unexpected but very nice. The kitchen was perfect and the extras like beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler were super helpful! It was decorated perfectly and having a washer and dryer was nice too. I would definitely book this unit again!

Great trip!!

We really enjoyed our stay!!! We were literally steps away from the pool/beach!!! The beds were very comfortable! Loved having the umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, and body boards as well!!!

Great location & excellent communication

It was just my husband and 7 YO son so good size for our little family. It was steps from the beach and overlooked the pool/hot tub. The couch had some mystery stains but we didn’t really use it anyway since we wanted to be outside. Having the laundry in the unit for our 7 night stay was a bonus since we went through many towels a day. The communication and help from the property manager was next level. Very responsive and always willing to solve the problem or answer a question! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location for a winter getaway

Property was exactly as described. The proximity to the beach was wonderful with lots of great restaurants toward the Cocoa Beach area. It was so nice to have a cooler, umbrella, and beach chairs. Kitchen was decent and pretty well equipped (a pair of scissors would be a great addition :) ). We would definitely stay here again.

The beach life!

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at Cape Wind! This spacious condo was perfect for us! It contained everything we needed, and more. The deck was our favorite! The beach view was super, and caught the sun’s rays all day. A real joy for us Northerners!

Cape Winds

After living in a hotel for 3 weeks, Cape Winds was a breath of fresh air, literally. Loved the balcony and sunrises in the morning. So nice to be able to cook and the small galley kitchen is just perfect for cooking small meals, but has a huge refrigerator for those of you with children. It listed as handicap accessible, which it is to a small degree. There is an elevator that takes you to the second floor and the unit is all one floor. However, that it is it, there are no hand rails, no wide accessible bathroom, no ADA toilet, the bed is a little too high for safe transfer. Kelsey was very accommodating by letting us remove the bathroom door so that my partner could get into one of the bathrooms. It is right on the beach, which is nice if you are actually on vacation, there are plenty of restaurants close by and and other supplies are not far. The port is also close by with the cruise ships, fishing guides and other activities. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The condo looked just like the pictures and was very clean and well-stocked. I especially liked the outdoor furniture on the balcony and spent a lot of time out there. Cape Winds was very quiet during our stay. We walked on the beach to Jetty Park nearly every day.

Perfect getaway

Wonderful breathtaking experience

My family and I had an amazing vacation! Easy check in. We could see the ocean from our balcony! Loved waking up every morning to that view! So many fun things to do in a short distance as well. The lady who cares for the property Jan is fabulous! She always had a smile and greeted us. She would give my 4 kids popsicles every night when the pool closed. Loved her! We will 100% go back!

Great Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had plenty of room for our family of four. It was very clean and comfortable. The resort itself was nice, the pool was clean and they do not use harsh chemicals. The beach was great especially if you love to surf or body board. We were able to watch a rocket launch from the beach during lunch one day and my kids loved that. It was also an easy hour drive to Orlando for the theme parks. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Great new place!

Beautiful unit and furnishings. There was no skillet large enough to cook with and they had one delivered to us on the same day! Couldn't find the iron either but didn't want to bother them. The beach is amazing, spend most days there.

Awesome Family Vaca Spot

We just returned from a week family trip that included Disney and plenty of beach and pool time! This spot was perfect for us, four people. Clean. Safe. Close to the beach (as in, steps). Pool was perfect and heated. Plenty of space inside & out. We would book this vrbo again if we return!
