It has been recently updated with nice touches throughout, providing guests with a nice little abode to truly relax and disconnect. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, two loft areas, and central air conditioning, guests will have everything needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious outdoor area includes dining chairs and cornhole. Just a short drive from the Guadalupe River and the lake, this cozy abode is the perfect place to relax after exploring all that Canyon Lake has to offer. Enjoy live music at the Whitewater Amphitheater or float the Guadalupe River Horseshoe - both are just minutes away. You'll also be close to Gruene, with antiques, boutiques, restaurants, and the oldest dance hall in Texas. New Braunfels is a great place to cool off, and Schlitterbahn Waterpark is less than 20 miles away.

Please note there is plenty of wildlife (bugs, snakes, critters, etc).
Please be aware this is a small space and may not be suitable for all guests.
The loft area is only three feet high. The ladder to the loft can also be dangerous if not used with care.
There is plenty of wildlife here at Canyon Lake. Deer, armadillo, fox, skunk, porcupine, snakes, and bobcats are just some of the animals that call the Hill Country their home. If you see wildlife, please enjoy them from a distance and use caution.
Due to severe drought conditions as of November 1, 2024, all public boat ramps to Canyon Lake are closed. No refunds or discounts will be given for water levels. For the most current information on the lake water levels and boat access please visit the Canyon Lake Website.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
