The carpets in the room and hallways were filthy. The bathroom had mold in the shower the wardrobe mirror was filthy. The mattress was way too soft. The air conditioner was very noisy

Stayed here while visiting the in-laws. Nothing fancy, but was perfectly fine for a short stay. Bedroom set up was a little weird, but was comfortable. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Will stay here again next time we come to visit.

Room was filthy. Fridge door had mold on the inside. Hadnt been vacuumed- there were still red fake rose petals scattered around the room. Lights over coffee maker/fridge didnt work. Desk chair had rips all over the seat. Some of these rooms have had way better days. I've stayed here several times for multiple days at a time and this time...no good at all.

The room we were in was not well maintained. We had several issues - mold, lighting, electrical, plumbing, expired toiletries in the shower. I spoke to a manager in the morning and was provided a small refund. I think they should have done more.

When we attempted to check-in the evening of November 8th, the hotel was closed. Lights were out and a sign said "No Vacancy". We had to seek out another hotel for our three night stay. We are seeking a full refund of the cost paid.

Not a very pleasant stay
The room was not clean and smelled of dust and enclosed space with a bit of dampness. The restroom door wouldn’t lock and the doors were in bad shape, wood rotten towards the bottom and the carpet seemed to not have been vaccumed for quite some time. May be they gave us such a room cause we just stayed overnight !
