Need some TLC
This villa has the potential to be very good if a small refurbishment is carried out. Therer is aircon in all bedrooms and the livingroom which is great however some wardrobes etc in the rooms need replaced as doors were held closed by weding paper in the gaps. The slats on the single beds had been broken and an attempt at repairing by weaving the slats together carried out. The downstairs twin has a problem with cockroaches and traps in the cupboard confirmed the owners are aware, there is also a damp musty smell in the room possibly due to its loation next to a bathroom. I would also remove some of the trees next to the pool to allow more sun to warm up the pool and deter birds. We didnt think there was a problem with ants, plenty as you would expect outside but none inside. We still had a very enjoyable stay in a nice villa which could be a lot better if some investment took place. Comms with management excellent when needed for arrival and when circuit breakers tripped on 1st night. The main breakers are in the store with ventilated door under the entrance staircase. Pull it open its not locked.

Nice villa awful experience
When we arrived at the villa no cleaning had been done the outside areas where unliveable the pool was absolutely disgraceful..... very unclean and full of dirt and had a layer of limescale...... this was corrected the day we were leaving the villa... upon getting ready to leave the villa we had the next tennant scaling the wall to advise us they where checking in at 9:30 in the morning when are check out was not till 10 in the first place and we had already been in touch with th key holder to advise we were getting picked up from the villa around 2:30 to which she never responded although she had asked what time we where leaving initially....... keyholder does not reply to messages very often and was a real struggle to deal with. We were not advised how to collect the keys upon arrival and at 10pm at night had to find the keys for ourselves outside the property.

Villa Santa Ponça
Très bon emplacement ( à 100m d'un accès à la mer par les rochers et 2.5km de la plage), dans un quartier résidentiel principalement de villas et petits immeubles, calme. Dommage que la maison soit mal entretenue: piscine partant à vau-l'eau (carrelage, système de filtration), machine à laver et robinetterie pleines de tartre, un lit complètement cassé et vaguement rafistolé (!)...
