This splendid house is located in the Santa Ponsa area, a tourist town belonging to the municipality of Calvià. Santa Ponsa has first class tourist services: shops, bars, nightclubs and restaurants. The interior area has a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a lounge area on the covered terrace where you can enjoy a good reading or rest comfortably. There is also a dining room overlooking the garden. The house has 6 very comfortable bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people. It has 3 bathrooms and a toilet. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite television. Casa Padrino has a spectacular outdoor area with an oval pool, a large area to sunbathe in hammocks and also cool off with an outdoor shower and, if you want, rest from the heat. There is an outdoor terrace where you can relax and organize a barbecue or dinner by the pool. This house is ideal for families or groups of friends.

Guests are asked to sign a rental agreement before entering the property. In addition, due to the new regulations of the Balearic Government since Friday, July 1, 2016, has implemented the new 'sustainable tourism tax' of the Balearic Islands to be charged to everyone (residents and non-residents of the EU) who stay in hotels, apartments (that are classified as tourist accommodation) and cruises. The rate during high season (from April to October included) will be:• 2,20€ per day per adult (16+) for the first 8 days; 1,10€ per day per adult for the remainder. All these amounts are reduced by half in each case from 1st November. This tax is for residents and non-residents of the European Union. We will take payment upon your arrival to the house or apartment.

Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the obligations of documentary registration and information of natural or legal persons who carry out lodging and motor vehicle rental activities. 1. The owners of the accommodation and vehicle rental activities included in the scope of application of this standard will collect the data of the users of the same in order to proceed with their registration and the communication necessary for compliance with the legal obligations that are developed by means of this royal decree. 2. The entry forms for the use of hosting services must be signed by any person over the age of fourteen who makes use of them, according to the system and model established. In the case of persons under fourteen years of age, their data will be provided by the person of legal age with whom they are accompanied. 3. Clients will receive the Link from the host to be able to register all the members who are going to stay in the vacation rental homes. This process is very simple and fast and failure to comply with this legal requirement may cause the breach of the previous contract, making it impossible for guests to access the reserved property.

Family holiday
Villa was really nice and very clean. Large pool area. Lots of space inside and out. Air con only in the 2 large bedrooms and the one on the top floor. There are 3 bedrooms on the lower floor with no air con. Could have done with it in them they got really hot. Bathrooms and showers were fantastic. Pool was a great size however was not cleaned in the 10 days we were there. We couldn't use it the last 2 days as was too dirty. Plugged in Water machine in the kitchen with large water bottles available for 9euro a bottle, this was a bargin and a very nice touch. Location of villa was a little too far from the main strip. It was arounnd a 40min walk which in the day in the heat and the end of the night was a little too much. Taxis service was awful. Got a few numbers off locals but never got an answer. Found out about an app 5th day in called 1taxi. This worked but only allowed you to order 1 taxi at a time. No good for us as we needed 3. There was a bus stop at the end of the road but buses were not often enough. If you had easier access to taxis, the location would not have been as much as a problem. Overall fantastic villa and holiday.

The location was very good , the pool area very good , Unfortunately the interior of the property was poor. Its very clear for many years the owner has not spent any money on upgrading the property . The furniture , bathrooms & toilets are looking very tired. I would also point , unlike most properties I have rented there were no games area . Having sad that I found the owner very friendly & in the most part very helpful . The only other thing I would mention is the ground floor area need to be air conditioned

Perfect location for large family group holiday
Lovely large and spacious villa on 3 levels for 8 adults + 2 children with excellent pool and sun terrace. Fully enclosed so safe for kids. Clean and well presented. 15 mins walk to nearest Little Beach (5 Euro taxi) or 20 mins walk to larger beach and shops/restaurants area (7 Euro in taxi). Host was very accommodating allowing us to drop off bags early and letting us stay later than normal checkout due to our flight cancellations because of Hurricane Ophelia! Would highly recommend.

Great villa for a medium sized group
Ten of us stayed in the villa and it was perfect for the group. Had some relaxing pool days, BBQ nights and walks into town. The walk can take around 30 minutes but is manageable. The cab ride from Santa Ponsa was only 5 euros so not a big deal if you want to grab a car back. Beds were a little firm but that is the only real criticism. We all enjoyed the place and Poncho was a great host. Brendan

Es hat uns gut gefallen
Unser Aufenthalt war schön. Die Lage ist gut, in 15-20min erreicht man den Strand zu Fuß. Der Bus war sehr unzuverlässig aber mit dem Taxi kam man problemlos überall hin und die Fahrten waren auch ziemlich günstig. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man braucht, nur unten in den 3 Schlafzimmern im sous Terrain gab es keine Klima was zum schlafen nicht so angenehm war. Außerdem sah das Inserat auf den Bildern etwas moderner aus als in echt, was aber nicht wirklich störte. Nach ein paar Tagen hatten wir leider einen grünen Pool, hier kam zwar sofort jemand zum reinigen was aber nichts brachte. Daher blieb der Pool die letzten 3 Tage leider unbenutzt. Mein Resumé: wir haben uns alle wohl gefühlt, fanden die Unterkunft für das was sie bietet allerdings etwas zu teuer.

Toller Kurzurlaub auch Dank der guten Unterkunft in toller Lage
Wir hatten mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern eine tolle Zeit in der schönen großen Finca. Auch wenn es hier ein paar Kleinigkeiten gibt, die erneuert werden sollten wie z.B. defekte Glasscheiben oder Außenbeleuchtung, würden wir das Objekt jederzeit wieder buchen. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Betreuer, der immer erreichbar war mit einem Top Service.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht!
Deutlicher Wartungsrückstand, zerrissene Markiesen, zu wenig Geschirr, unsaubere Töpfe, vollkommen verschmutzte Liegenauflagen, keine Sonnenschirme. Das Haus ist im Vergleich mit anderen Villen und Fincas, die wir kennen, deutlich zu teuer!

Boendet uppfyllde våra förväntningar. Det är generöst med ytor, sovrum och badrum. Bra standard på allt. Det lilla negativa som vi upplevde var att det utlovades 2 st cyklar i annons som inte fanns, vilket hade varit bra då det är 10 min promenad till närmsta affär. Vi fick även vänta en dryg timme vid ankomst pga av ett missförstånd i uthyrarens organisation. Det hade även behövts en rengöring av poolen i mitten av veckan, då det är en del växtlighet runt denna. Jag kan definitivt rekomendera boendet.

Angenehmes Ambiente für Firmenschulung
Wir haben das Haus für eine Schulung in einem besonderen Rahmen genutzt. War sehr gut geeignet, da es ruhig gelegen ist und über mehrere Räume verfügt, in denen man Schulungen im kleinen Kreis machen konnte.
