We had booked and pre-paid a 5 night stay in a pool solarium suite on a half board basis through Ebookers. On check-in we were told our booking was for room only. I showed the staff proof of my booking which clearly stated half board but they said there system showed room only so there was nothing they could do. I contacted Ebookers who agreed I had paid for half board and was told to pay the hotel €280 to upgrade to half board and Ebookers would refund me on my return. This error was down to Ebookers, We were then informed that the main swimming pool was closed for repair (and later discovered it had been since January) so were reluctant to allocate us the pool solarium suite as all Hotel guests now had access to the pools which were supposedly exclusively for pool solarium guests, These pools are very small and the deepest point is only 60cm. They did offer us an upgrade to a superior suite but we demanded to stay in the room we had booked and paid for, We asked why we hadn’t been pre informed about the pool closure, to give us the option to change properties and were told that Ebookers had been informed but obviously did not pass the information onto us. Another error by Ebookers The main pool is situated on floor 5 where the hotel bar is also. As work on the pool repair was ongoing this floor was closed to guests so we were staying in a 4 star superior property with no swimming pool and no bar!! We were told that the pool is due to re-open in late June.

Some.new restaurants at the plaza but not all actually open. The hotel room was immaculate and comfortable. Definitely recommend

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und das Hotel ist nahe am Strand. Das Frühstück war okei jedoch hatte es immer zu wenig Besteck,Teller usw Das Abendessen war eine Katastrophe. Das Essen war immer kalt, die Gerichte wurden nicht angeschrieben somit wusste man nicht was man isst, es gab keine grosse Auswahl und das meiste waren dinge aus dem Tiefkühler. Bei Halbpension musste man die Getränke selbst bezahlen was nirgendwo gestanden ist beim Buchen. Die Restaurants rundherum sind viel viel besser. Der Pool war schön wenn man jedoch eine Liege wollte die den Ausblick zum Meer hatte musste man 30.-Euro pro Person mehr zahlen und bei einer schöneren Liege sogar 60.- pro Person. Das Glas beim Pool war verschmutzt was sehr schade war. Die Drinks waren zu teuer und auch nicht gut. Das Personal fand ich persönlich nicht wirklich freundlich. Leider konnten die Mitarbeiter kein Deutsch obwohl es steht das sie im Hotel Deutsch können. Ich würde nicht nochmals in dieses Hotel gehen da das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht Stimmt.

Würde wieder in diese Hotel gehen, war 1 woche dort und habe nichts zu bemängeln. Rooftop pool mit gratis Sonnenbetten und grosses Frühstück alles wunderbar!
