Overall, our stay was good. Check in was a bit of a nightmare, as there was poor communication between Expedia and the hotel. But once we got it straightened out, we were happy campers. Hotel restaurant was convenient for breakfast and afternoon cocktails. Wait staff were excellent. Across the parking lot, Chop Steakhouse lived up to its billing.

It was nice, beds were comfortable and the staff was nice. Could use a public washer and dryer for the guests that use the pool, but other then that it met our needs.

There was no TV due to cable issues and only hot water in the shower/bathtub. Had to get cold water from kitchen to put into the bath tub.

Overall when I first walked in it was really night, I booked at king room with a kitchenette. When I got to my room it was boiling hot, the room had 2 AC one in the kitchenette area and one in the room with the bed. They were both broken and falling apart and I truly mean falling apart, there was a piece of folded paper holding the fan upwards because it was broke and wouldn’t stay pointed up. Not only were they falling apart, neither of them worked at all. They were blowing warm air and hardly working on high in the middle of summer. My partner went to ask the front desk for a fan at 1 am because the room was so hot and both windows were open, they said they had none and there was nothing they could do. We almost left after due to the heat in the room. The bed was suppose to be a king size bed, it wasn’t… it was a queen size bed they were passing off as a king size bed.
